## Privacy Policy (Summary)
We collect account details (name, email) and usage data (lab progress, quiz scores). Payment information is handled entirely by Dodo Payments – we never store credit card data. We share data only with Dodo Payments and Supabase. We use essential cookies for login sessions and lab state. Users can request data access, modification, or deletion by emailing support@gethandson.ai.

## Refund Policy (Summary)
Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before the course goes live. After purchase, a full refund is available within 7 days if fewer than 3 labs have been launched; a pro-rata refund applies if 3 or more labs were launched within 7 days. No refunds after 7 days (technical issues handled case-by-case). Failed or crashed labs do not count toward usage. Chargebacks without prior contact result in account suspension. Refunds processed through Dodo Payments within 5–10 business days.
