Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I fail a lab?
Each lab allows up to 2 attempts. Each retry gives you a clean, isolated environment to start fresh.
How long do I have access?
You have 3 months of access from your purchase date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first 25 practice questions for AI-103 and AI-901, and all 10 for AZ-900, are free with a free account, and so is one hands-on lab. Visit the Practice Exams page to try before you buy.
How do Ephemeral Workspaces work?
Each lab launches a dedicated AI lab environment in the cloud, scoped entirely to that exercise. It runs for the duration of your session and is automatically cleaned up when the timer expires. You always start fresh, nothing carries over, and you'll never see an unexpected bill.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have launched no more than 2 lab sessions. Email support@gethandson.ai.
Do you offer team discounts?
We're working on team plans. If you want to train a group of 5 or more, email us at support@gethandson.ai and we'll work something out.
