• Refunds are only available if you have not launched more than 2 lab sessions under the subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on usage.

Non-Refundable

• Subscriptions that have exceeded the 7-day window or 2-session usage limit.
• Any promotional or discounted plans marked as non-refundable at checkout.
