Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how GetHandsOn.ai ("we", "our" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on gethandson.ai: what they are, what each one does, how long it lasts and how you can control them.

1. What Are Cookies and Browser Storage?

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage, known as local storage and session storage, works in a similar way and is kept by your browser on your device. Some of the items below are set by us, and some by the services we use.

2. Strictly Necessary

These make the site work, and it cannot run without them.

  • sb-jjpcglisijhdqpafhiik-auth-token (local storage, set by us through Supabase): keeps you signed in. It stays until you sign out.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that our sign-in and sign-up forms are used by a person and not a bot.
  • Dodo Payments: during checkout, Dodo Payments may set cookies on its own payment pages to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.

3. Preferences and Support Chat

  • gh_geo_country (local storage, set by us): remembers your country so prices show in your currency.
  • crisp-client/session (cookie and local storage, set by Crisp, 6 months): keeps your support chat conversation between visits.

4. Analytics and Measurement

These tell us how the site is used and where our visitors come from.

  • _ga and _ga_GZDLSKEYK4 (cookies, set by Google Analytics, 13 months): count visitors and visits, and recognise a returning visitor.
  • ph_..._posthog (cookie and local storage, set by PostHog, 12 months): an anonymous visitor ID for PostHog analytics. If you sign in, it is linked to your account ID.
  • PostHog session items (session storage, such as ph_..._window_id): tell browser tabs and visits apart. They are deleted when you close the tab.
  • Microsoft Clarity: records visits and builds heatmaps. If Clarity's cookie setting is turned on, it uses _clck (12 months) and _clsk (1 day).
  • pa_sid, gh_entry_referrer, gh_entry_landing and gh_entry_utm (session storage, set by us): record the pages you read during a visit and where the visit started. They are deleted when you close the tab.
  • gh_attribution (local storage, set by us, 90 days): the first and the most recent source of your visits, such as a search engine, a LinkedIn post or a campaign link, so we can tell which channels bring customers.

5. How Can I Control Cookies?

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and most browsers let you do this for a single site. Blocking the strictly necessary items will stop you signing in. Blocking the others does not stop you using the site. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every website, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change, or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

7. Contact Us
